European Projects on Geo Metadata

 

EuroGeographics was formed on 1st January 2001 as a result of convergence of CERCO and MEGRIN, and represents Europe’s National Mapping Agencies working for the European Geographic Information Infrastructure. 

 

EuroGeographics is involved in a number of GI Projects dealing with the European Geographic Information Infrastructure. For more details see:

Alexandria Digital Library Project  - a digital library with collections of geographically referenced materials and services for accessing those collections.  Based on the campus of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
